The space

As you step into the house you will notice it's full of natural light, making it a bright and airy property.
Step into the hall where there is a shoe rack and hooks to leave your shoes and coats and go and explore all the house has to offer.

The lounge has a large picture window looking out to the green, beach and the sea. There is a Smart TV, 3-seater recliner sofa and armchair where you can sit and relax and enjoy the fabulous view. There is a remote controlled electric log effect fire, a perfect focal point for those cold winter days.

The lounge leads into the spacious fully equipped kitchen / diner. There is table with corner seating, which comfortably seats 5 / 6 guests should you wish to dine in. There is an integrated eye level microwave and oven, 4-ring induction hob, integrated fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle and toaster. Doors open into the garden bringing the outside in.

Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs is the bathroom with WC, walk in shower with a waterfall shower, hand basin, with storage below, mirror with shaving point and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with drawers below, two bedside tables, hanging rail. Windows look out to the back and has sea views (to the side).

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full length mirror. Windows look out to the beach and sea, the perfect view to wake up to

Bedroom 3 has chair (which is the fold out single chair bed, if required), chest of drawers and storage cupboards. This leads onto the small balcony with a table a chairs, the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a glass of your favourite tipple, or just relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sea view.

Outside at the back is a fully enclosed garden mainly paved and stones with potted shrubs and trees. The perfect space to dine al fresco with family and friends, or just relax and soak up the sun with a chilled glass of wine.

There is also a garden to the front of the property with a bench where you can sit and watch the kids play football on the public green without having to worry where they are. And another spot to enjoy the sea view.
