Your chance to win a Suffolk stay while raising money for brilliant local charity The Benjamin Foundation
At Stay in Suffolk, we’re pleased to be running our Christmas Charity Raffle for another year. For 2024 we are raising money for young people in Norfolk and Suffolk via The Benjamin Foundation, who support over 3000 individuals across the region each year.
The charity’s mission is to ensure that those it supports are safe, become independent and thrive throughout their life.
They achieve this through tackling youth homelessness, offering youth and family support as well as emotional wellbeing and mental health services, and providing early years education. The Benjamin Foundation is one of East Anglia’s largest charities, and we couldn’t be more proud to be supporting their work.
Four of our beautiful Suffolk properties have donated prizes of a two night stay:
- The Way, Southwold: a stylish 3 bedroom property with period features
- Pebble View, Aldeburgh: a contemporary first-floor apartment with one bedroom and a calming ambience
- Briargate, Aldeburgh: a three bedroom lodge that is perfect for a traditional seaside holiday
- 3 St Nicholas Court, Aldeburgh: an elegant holiday apartment with lots of light and two stylish bathrooms
We would like to extend our thanks to the property owners for their generosity. If you’d like the opportunity to win a two night stay at one of these stunning holiday homes, donate £10 or more via our JustGiving page to be entered into the raffle:
- £10 could pay for a welcome pack of essentials when a young person at risk of homelessness arrives at an accommodation centre.
- £20 could buy mindfulness resources to help improve a young person’s wellbeing.
- £40 could pay for an hour of one-to-one practical and emotional support to help a young person find a job.
- £100 could pay for a young carer to attend an activity centre for a weekend to enjoy some respite from their responsibilities and be a child again.
