The space

You’re welcomed into the light and airy living room where there is a 3-seater sofa, fold down table and chairs, Smart TV and an ornate log fire in the fireplace.

The living room leads into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There is a 4-ring induction hob with an electric oven, microwave, under counter fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

A door from the kitchen leads out to the paved garden. There is a table and chairs making it a perfect spot to dine al fresco or simply, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun.

Enclosed winder staircase (with steep steps) lead up to the bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. There is a king size bed, two bedside tables and small "integrated" wardrobes. Window looks out onto the street. The spacious dressing room has a dressing table and chair and a large wall mounted mirror. There is also a built-in wardrobe and shelves for your clothes. A frosted window looking out to the garden makes this a lovely light and airy space to get ready in the morning.

The bathroom is off the dressing room and has a walk in shower cubicle, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. A window lets in natural light.

The cottage is light and airy throughout making it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway in the Waveney Valley and Norfolk Broads. Beccles is a hive of activity whether you’re on the water or on dry land. It is the ideal location to explore what Suffolk and Norfolk have to offer, including Southwold, just 14 miles away with its seafront and pier. There is also a weekly market offering excellent local fare, should you wish to kick back and enjoy a night of cooking and dining in. On the doorstep is the Lido open air heated outdoor swimming pool, should you wish to be a little more energetic.
