place was great. they didn't reimburse me for the week I didn't stay there even though I told the 2 days into the 3 week stay that I only needed it for 2 weeks because my work schedule has changed. not flexible for stay time at all.

Pros: Good location for work and had all the basics (wifi, pots/pans etc). The bed was very comfortable. Has parking, is walking distance from the shop and from leiston gym. Cons: Flat has a bit of a rundown feel. The bathroom window, although frosted, has no blinds/curtain and doesnt feel particularly private. Curtain over bedroom window would be more private than blinds. Overall fit for purpose, meets requirements but doesn't go above and beyond like some other holiday accom in the area.

I really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and great location. You can walk to anything as it is located right in the middle of Leiston. I would stay there again.

Overall we had a good stay here! The place was comfortable and the hosts instructions were very helpful. To be honest it did feel a bit rough around the edges eg lots of post in the hallway, old tiles outside the door, zip tie holding the shower up, unreliable wifi and some cobwebs in the bathroom. There was no tea or sugar etc left and the message saying if we wanted extras like a fan for £25 somewhat rubbed me up the wrong way. Therefore I think we’d have been quite disappointed if we’d payed full price for this as it felt quite overpriced for the level of effort. That being said the bed was comfy and tv was good, so we’d stay again if we needed somewhere last minute again
